ABOUT US

The Administrative and Economic Department is a structural subdivision of the state educational institution “University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.”

It ensures:

• carrying out repairs of premises, monitoring the quality of repair work;

• planning of current repairs of buildings;

• preparation for the autumn-winter season, proper operation of heating units, sanitary equipment, water supply, power supply, their timely repair and maintenance;

• conducting public procurement procedures and procurement at the expense of own funds;

• improvement, landscaping and cleaning of the territory, decoration of building facades;

• preparation of buildings for the new academic year;

• ensuring proper condition of buildings in accordance with sanitary norms and rules;

• receipt and storage of necessary household materials, equipment and inventory, provision thereof to educational departments, accounting for their consumption and preparation of established reports;

• control over the rational use of materials and funds allocated for household purposes;

• implementation of fire prevention measures and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment in proper condition;

• control over the safety of premises and property.
