Documents required to move into the hostel

  1. Statement.
  2. Help about the composition of the family and the occupied residential premises in the name of the graduate student (taken to the housing Department / housing department at the place of registration).
  3. A copy of the last two spreads of the passport + registration pages.
  4. Medical certificate on the passage of fluorography and examination for scabies.
  5. Reference on the rights to real estate objects (real estate is taken into account throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus). You can get this document from the agency for state registration and land cadastre if you have a passport (the service is paid).

The procedure for obtaining a place in the hostel

Provision of places to stay in a hostel

  1. Undergraduates of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the period of study in accordance with the legislation can be provided with places to stay in a hostel.
  2. Accommodation in the hostel can be paid and free.
  3. Places to stay in dormitories are provided free of charge for undergraduates who belong to one of the categories:

3.1. persons from among orphans and children left without parental care;

3.2. disabled persons of group I or II, except for persons whose disability occurred as a result of illegal actions, due to alcohol, narcotic, toxic intoxication, self-mutilation;

3.3. persons suffering from oncological diseases or tuberculosis patients;

3.4. persons who are family members of persons listed in sub-paragraphs 3.2, 3.4 and 3.7 of paragraph 3, paragraph 10 and sub-paragraphs 12.2 and 12.3 of paragraph 12 of Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On State Social Benefits, rights and guarantees for certain categories of citizens”.

  1. The fee for the use of the hostel during the holidays, internship is not charged if undergraduates do not live in the hostel during these periods.
