Graduated from Belarusian State University with degrees in “Jurisprudence,” “History,” “Economic Theory,” completed Master’s and postgraduate studies.
Completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University in speciality 12.00.02 – constitutional law; constitutional procedure; municipal law (full-time).
Completed advanced training courses at the Republican Institute of Higher Education, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, the National Centre for Marketing and Price Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, and UN/UNDP.

Research interests:

transformation of constitutional and legal regulation of the functioning of civil society and state bodies; legal support for the development of science and culture; interstate cooperation; personnel training.
Supervisor (executor) of research topics, preparation of educational standards and curricula, drafts of regulatory legal acts in the field of public administration and law, and research projects of students and Master’s students, including prizewinners of student research competitions at various levels.
Participated in academic and scientific cooperation programmes.
Author of more than 160 publications, including textbooks and teaching aids with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
