He graduated from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute with a degree in “Automated Control Systems” (qualification – systems engineer). After graduating from the institute, he worked as an Assistant and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Technologies of Automated Systems at BSUIR.

Since 2000, he has been a Senior Lecturer at the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
