She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Belarusian State University with a degree in “Chemistry. Research and production activity.” In 2015, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences in speciality 02.00.06 – macromolecular compounds on the topic “Preparation, structure and properties of organomineral ultrafiltration membranes based on polysulfone.” In 2018, T.V. Plisko was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the speciality “Chemistry.” In 2024, T.V. Plisko defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Chemical Sciences in specialities 02.00.06 – macromolecular compounds and 02.00.04 – physical chemistry on the topic “Physicochemical foundations of modification of polymer membrane materials for ultrafiltration and pervaporation.” Since 2021, she has been the Head of the Laboratory of Membrane Processes of the State Scientific Institution “Institute of Physical Organic Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.” Under the scientific supervision of T.V. Plisko, one Candidate’s dissertation and two Master’s dissertations have been defended, and a number of graduation theses have been completed. Currently, she is the scientific supervisor of 2 Candidate’s dissertations.

T.V. Plisko is a laureate of the President of the Republic of Belarus Scholarship for talented young scientists (2015), laureate of the World Federation of Scientists Scholarship (2017), awarded with a letter of gratitude from the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (order No. 19-k dated 26.01.2016), the Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the field of chemistry (2017), the prize “100 Talents of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” (2018), the Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Alferov Foundation for the Support of Education and Science in the field of biology, medicine, agricultural sciences, chemistry and earth sciences (2018), the Certificate of Honour of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (resolution of the Bureau of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus No. 23 dated 20.01.2020), and the Commemorative Badge “In Honour of the 100th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Institute of Belarusian Culture” (resolution of the Bureau of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus No. 20 dated 17.01.2025). T.V. Plisko is the author of more than 180 scientific works.

  • production and modification of polymer membrane materials;
  • water purification, water treatment.
