Undergraduates and University staff with their families visited the Belarusfilm National Film Studio

On June 8, the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, with the support of the primary trade union organization, organized an excursion to the Republican Unitary Enterprise National Film Studio Belarusfilm for undergraduates and University employees. The National Film Studio Belarusfilm is a leading company in the film industry of the Republic of Belarus. The films released at the studio were included in the Golden Fund of Russian and world Cinema: “The Adventures of Pinocchio“ and “About Little Red Riding Hood“ by Leonid Nechaev, “I come from childhood“, “The War under the roofs“, “People in the Swamp“ by Viktor Turov, “In August of the 44th…“ by Mikhail Ptashuk, “White Roses“ by Igor Dobrolyubov and many others. The new pavilions of the film studio, equipped with modern equipment, and a wide range of filming equipment allow us to create projects that meet the highest requirements of today. During the tour, undergraduates and University staff visited the filming pavilions of the film studio, the warehouses of props and costumes, and during a review lecture on military–themed films they had the opportunity to visit a warehouse with weapons and pyrotechnics. The tour ended with an overview of the novelties of Belarusian cinema, as well as a visit to the film studio museum.
