At the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, from September 28 to October 2, 2026, advanced training courses were held under the program: “Organization and Conduct of Procurement.”

The training was aimed at updating and developing the professional competencies of specialists in the field of procurement activity. During the classes, current changes in legislation in the field of organizing procurement, as well as their application in practice, were considered.

Among the leading lecturers were highly qualified practitioners in the field of procurement activity:

Natalia Alekseevna Kostrova, leading legal adviser of LLC “ArtBioTech,” shared her experience of legal support for public procurement. She covered the main stages of procurement activity, issues of procurement risk management and ways to prevent typical mistakes.

Elena Sergeevna Khozeeva – an auditor with more than 15 years of experience, revealed the topic of legal formalisation of procurement at the expense of an organization’s own funds, and also covered key issues related to corruption offenses in the organization and conduct of procurement.

The classes were held in a hybrid format using modern information and communication technologies.

Upon completion of the training, all participants were awarded state-issued certificates of advanced training.
