The University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Has Completed a Professional Development Programme for Researchers

The University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, jointly with the Centre for Research on Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, implemented the professional development educational programme “Professional Effectiveness of Researchers” from April 6 to 10, 2026. The aim of the educational programme is to improve managerial competencies in the field of science and innovation, as well as to introduce modern methods for enhancing the effectiveness of research activities.
Twenty-four researchers from the Centre for Research on Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Belarusian Agricultural Library, the Gomel Regional Agricultural Experimental Station, the Institute of Fruit Growing, the Institute of Forestry, the Institute of Mechanics of Metal-Polymer Systems named after V.A. Bely, as well as BelISA, OJSC “INTEGRAL”, and the Belarusian Research and Design Institute of Oil underwent training under the educational programme.
The programme became an effective platform for exchanging experience between representatives of fundamental science and the real industrial sector.
Based on the results of the course, the participants were issued state-recognised professional development certificates.
