A Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Qinghai Minzu University.

During the visit on July 15, 2025, of the delegation of Qinghai Minzu University (People’s Republic of China) to the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, a memorandum of understanding was signed with the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. On behalf of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the memorandum was signed by Rector Marat Zhilinsky, on behalf of Qinghai Minzu University – by President Li Xiaodong. An agreement was also reached on exploring the possibility of training Chinese specialists in the Master’s and postgraduate programs of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and holding joint events.
