Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor
In 1972–1977, he studied at the Faculty of Physics of the Belarusian State University. He specialised at the Department of Atomic and Molecular Physics. In 1977–1979, he worked at the Computing Centre. From 1979 to 2002, he worked at the Institute of Applied Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (until 1981 – the Department of Physics of Non-Destructive Testing), starting as an engineer and advancing to the position of laboratory head. He worked on problems of nonlinear electrodynamics and nonlinear classical field theory. In 1986, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. In 1998, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. Since 2002, he has been working at BNTU, initially as an Associate Professor and Professor at the Department of Technical Physics, and from 2012 to the present as Head of the Department of Engineering Mathematics. In 2007, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. In 2022, he was awarded the academic title of Professor. Since 2021, he has been teaching Master’s students at the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
