She is a specialist in the field of thin film physics and film materials science, nanotechnology, and microelectronics. She is the author of many articles in leading domestic and foreign scientific journals devoted to the modification of thin films and surface layers by laser radiation, reports at numerous high-level international conferences, and co-author of a monograph. She collaborates with the Russian Academy of Sciences, Xiamen University (PRC), the National University of Mongolia, and Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov. She has carried out a comprehensive study on the production and investigation of nanomaterials under pulsed laser exposure, changes in the structure of thin films of metals and semiconductors under pulsed photon treatment, and the effect of laser radiation on natural leather. She has published 326 works, including 1 monograph, 9 teaching aids, and 5 patents.

Research interests:

  • modelling of redistribution of structure defects in thin metal films under pulsed photon processing;
  • comprehensive studies of solid-phase reactions;
  • comprehensive studies of the structure of composite materials based on a polymer matrix;
  • nanotechnology.
