Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, completed postgraduate and doctoral studies at the State Enterprise “Institute of System Research in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.”

theory and methodology of formation and ensuring the effective functioning of cluster structures in the agro-industrial complex.
