Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University with a degree in “Jurisprudence,” completed Master’s and postgraduate studies at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Completed retraining in the speciality “Pedagogical Activity of Specialists” at BSEU, advanced training courses at the Republican Institute of Higher Education, and at the State Educational Institution “Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Managers and Specialists of Industry ‘Industrial Personnel’.”
Completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University in speciality 12.00.02 – constitutional law; constitutional procedure; municipal law (form of study – applicant status).

Research interests:

issues of integration development in the Eurasian space (constitutional foundations); improvement of legal regulation of corporate relations, environmental relations; state regulation of relations in the field of artificial intelligence technologies at the national and supranational (integration) levels.
