How to contact us
Other foreign citizens and stateless persons who do not reside in the territory of the Republic of Belarus can enter the university to receive advanced higher education:
– based on the results of an interview that establishes their level of proficiency in the language of instruction in volumes sufficient to master the content of the master’s degree program and an additional interview in academic disciplines.
– in accordance with the terms of international agreements and competitions of the Republic of Belarus
Requirements for applicants
– Sufficient level of previous education (completed higher education (4-5 years)).
– Sufficient command of the Russian language, checked during the interview (not required for English-language programs).
PLEASE NOTE that only original documents of education are submitted upon admission, legalized in the country of issue and recognized in the Republic of Belarus.

The approximate cost of training for foreign citizens in the 2023/2024 academic year, one–year programs – $ 3750, two-year programs – $ 5700.
To receive an official invitation to study, you must provide the following documents:
– foreign passport;
– a diploma of higher education and an appendix to it issued in a foreign country, confirming that a citizen has received a higher education equivalent to the first stage of higher education in the Republic of Belarus, indicating the disciplines studied and the marks obtained on them;
– a medical report on the state of health issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate arrived for training;
– certificate of absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate arrived for training;
– translations of the above documents into Russian, certified by a notary;
– application to study at the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (form on the university’s website).
Scanned copies of the above documents must be sent to the email address mag@ipnk.basnet.by marked “Application for training”.
After receiving the documents, the university decides on the possibility of issuing an invitation to study to a foreign citizen.
A ready-made invitation in scanned form is sent to a foreign citizen and makes it possible to obtain a study visa at the Embassy/The Consular institution of the Republic of Belarus at the place of residence of a foreign citizen.
A foreign citizen is obliged to inform about the date of arrival in the Republic of Belarus in advance (at least 2 weeks before arrival) by e-mail mag@ipnk.basnet.by.
Immediately after arriving in Minsk, a foreign citizen must contact the Migration Service and register.
Acceptance of documents from foreign citizens for Master’s degree studies at the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is carried out until August 25.
The following documents are submitted for admission to the Master’s Department of the University:
– An application addressed to the head of the institution of higher education in the prescribed form (form on the university’s website).
– The original of the document on education confirming that a citizen has received a higher education equivalent to the first stage of higher education in the Republic of Belarus, indicating the disciplines studied and the marks (points) obtained on them or an appendix to it.
– A notarized copy of the translation into Russian of the document on education confirming that a citizen has received higher education equivalent to the first stage of higher education in the Republic of Belarus, indicating the disciplines studied and the marks (points) obtained on them or an appendix to it.
– Original passport.
– A notarized copy of the translation of the passport into Russian (the translation must be made on the territory of the Republic of Belarus).
– A medical report on the state of health and a certificate of absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate arrived for study, valid for no more than 6 months.
– 4 photos 3 x 4 cm in size.
– Certificate of completion of the preparatory department, preparatory courses of educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus (if any).
– заключение medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing a mandatory medical examination).
– A copy of the birth certificate (if available).
The listed documents executed in a foreign language are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Russian, certified by a notary.
Admission to the Master’s degree program of the university is carried out with a positive completion of the interview in Russian (or English) by the applicant language, which establishes the level of their proficiency in the language of instruction in volumes sufficient for mastering the content of the educational program of advanced higher education, and the profile subject.
