A seminar with organizations – customers of personnel was held.

As part of cooperation with organizations – customers of personnel (base organizations) from among the scientific organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, on October 21, 2025, the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus organized a seminar “Current Issues of Forecasting the Need for Young Specialists for 2026-2035.” The seminar was held on the premises of the Yakub Kolas Central Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The seminar was attended by representatives of more than 20 organizations that place orders for the training of specialists with a Master’s degree at the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The speakers were the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Dmitry Mazarchuk and the Head of the Master’s Department Natalia Kurilo. During the seminar, current issues of the ordering of specialists, as well as the participation of base organizations in the preparation of curricula and the implementation of internships for students, were discussed.
