Advanced training courses were held under the programs “Marketing Management in an Organization: Modern Tools and Applied Methods” and “Organization and Conduct of Procurement.”

Advanced training courses under the program “Marketing Management in an Organization: Modern Tools and Applied Methods” were held at the University, as well as advanced training courses for employees of the Minsk City Children’s Social Hospice “Solnechny” under the program “Organization and Conduct of Procurement.” The courses were attended by over forty participants from sixteen organizations of the Republic of Belarus.

The classes were conducted in a hybrid format using modern information and communication technologies.

The training was aimed at updating and enhancing the professional knowledge of employees responsible for developing marketing strategies and commercializing enterprise products. The training program included coverage of such aspects as modern marketing tools and technologies, improving the efficiency of managerial decisions and optimizing marketing processes, and developing practical skills in using marketing tools to increase sales volumes of goods and services.

The procurement course program covered a wide range of topics in the field of regulating procurement procedures, both from budgetary funds and from organizations’ own funds, as well as the prevention of corruption offenses when concluding transactions.

The attendees included not only employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, but also representatives of OJSC “Paper Factory “Spartak,” the “Republican Center for Olympic Training in Athletics,” OJSC “Radoshkovichi Ceramic Plant,” the “New Drama Theater of Minsk,” OJSC “Borisov Plant of Medical Preparations,” OJSC “INTEGRAL,” OJSC “Zavod PROMBURVOD,” OJSC “Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky,” and others.

Upon completion of the training courses, all participants were awarded state-issued certificates of advanced training.

The Center for Continuing Education of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is actively developing on-site training at the client’s premises, including the customized development of training programs tailored to the requirements and specificities of organizations.
