Representatives of Belarusian organizations completed training in electronic document management

The University hosted training courses under the program “Electronic Document Management and Archival Storage of Electronic Documents.”

Among the 28 attendees were not only employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, but also representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the National Center for Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus, OJSC “Mogilevliftmash,” RUE “Hotel Complex Yubileiny,” and the Zonal State Archive.

During the training, the participants familiarized themselves with the regulatory framework, requirements for information systems, as well as the procedure for the formation, appraisal of value and storage of electronic files.

Upon completion of the training courses, all participants received state-issued certificates confirming their professional training and competence in the field of electronic document management and archival affairs.
