The University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has completed a series of training courses on the ideological support of managerial activities.

In September–October 2025, on the premises of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, a series of training courses was held on the topic “Ideological Support of Managerial Activities in Organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.” The training was organized with the aim of increasing the efficiency of managerial activities and developing the professional competencies of employees coordinating ideological work. Within the framework of the course program, 66 employees representing 61 organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus underwent training.

The classes were conducted by experienced instructors: Candidate of Historical Sciences Alexander Dashkevich, Head of the Department of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus; Candidate of Historical Sciences Viktor Karpievich, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Law of the Belarusian State Technological University. Upon completion of the training, all participants received state-issued certificates confirming the successful completion of the course and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of work in the field of ideological support.
