Unified Day of Public Information

At the state educational institution “University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus,” on December 18, 2025, the Unified Day of Public Information was held. The main topic for discussion was: “THE FIVE-YEAR PLAN OF QUALITY – RESULTS OF THE YEAR OF IMPROVEMENT.”
The report was delivered by the Vice-Rector for Research and Methodological Work, Egor Vladimirovich Gusakov, who emphasized that 2025–2029 have been declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko, as the five-year plan of quality. The main goals are to ensure a new quality of life for our citizens and to increase the comfort and safety of the living environment for each of us.
In his speech, Egor Vladimirovich also noted that the Year of Improvement (2025), declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus, has shown that it is possible to significantly improve the quality of life by uniting the efforts of the state, society, and every resident of the country. Only such a systematic approach to improving the standard of living of Belarusian citizens makes sense. Each of us must bear responsibility for the conditions in which we live.
The Year of Improvement and the five-year plan of quality as a whole require, at the same time, iron executive discipline. Setting the tone for productive work, Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko emphasizes: “Remember that what you have not done, no one else will do. Everyone must do their own job. Everyone is responsible for their own piece of land, for their own piece of work, and must do it. This is the main thing.”
