Since 01.09.2021, Alexander Kunyavsky has been working as the head of the Department of Natural Sciences and Information Technologies of IPNK NAS of Belarus
From 1980 to 1983 he worked in Minsk at the enterprises of the USSR Minavtoprom. First, the master of the hot metal processing section of the Minsk spring plant, then the head of the financial and sales department of this enterprise. In 1982-1983 he worked as an engineer of the Labor organization Department of the Institute of Bearing Industry of the USSR Ministry of Automotive Industry.
In December 1983, he entered the full-time postgraduate course of the Institute of Economics of the USSR Academy of Sciences (g.Moscow), and in 1986 defended his PhD thesis on the topic: “Implementation of the national economic effect of scientific and technical programs in the self-financing activities of enterprises.”
From 1987 to 1992 he worked in various positions in research and higher educational institutions of Minsk.
In 1987, he worked as a senior researcher at the Department of Economics and Organization of Automotive and Tractor Production, and Motor Transport of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute.
From 1988 to 1990 he worked as a senior researcher at the Research Institute of Labor of the Labor Committee of the BSSR.
From 1990 to 1992 he worked as the head of the sector of the NIE of the State Planning Committee of the BSSR.
In 1992-1993 he worked as Deputy General Director for Economics of JV “Metinkom”.
From 1993 to 2001 he worked as the General director of the IP “Center BelGEVO” (Germany).
In 2001-2003 he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Management of the Private Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.
From 2003 to 2008 he worked as an assistant to the rector of BSEU.
From 2008 to 2010 he worked as the dean for work with foreign students of BSEU.
From 13.09.2010 to 2014 he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit in the branches of the national economy of BSEU.
From 2014 to 2021 he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Economics and Management.
In the 2015-2016 academic year, he worked part-time as the head of the Department of Marketing and Management of IPD.
Since 2021, he has been working as the head of the Department of Natural Sciences and Information Technologies at the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

During his tenure as head of the department, he developed lecture notes and computer presentations on the disciplines taught for undergraduates of specialty 1-25 80 01 Economics: “Microeconomic analysis and Policy”, “Analysis of industry markets and competition policy”, “Institutional Economics”. In the same disciplines, he developed electronic educational and methodological complexes (EUMC). For the 2022-2023 academic year, he prepared educational and scientific materials for reading the discipline “Anti-crisis management based on innovations” for undergraduates of the specialty 1-25 80 01 Economics and the discipline “Innovative Project Management” for the specialties: 1-31 80 01 Biology; 1-31 80 05 Physics; 1-31 80 06 Chemistry; 7 – 06-0714-02 Innovative technologies in mechanical engineering.
Participated in the compilation of 16 EUMC for undergraduates of specialty 1-31 80 09 Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Positive reviews were received in all disciplines.
He carried out scientific supervision of six undergraduates in the specialty 1-25 80 01 Economics, this year he also directs six undergraduates.
Participated in the organization and holding of the III Republican Scientific and Practical Conference of the IPNK NAS of Belarus “Training of scientific personnel: experience, problems, prospects” (10.12.2021). Made a plenary report on the topic: “On effective innovative project management in the educational process of undergraduates”; 09.12.2022 – participated in the organization and holding of the IV Republican Scientific and Practical Conference of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus “Training of scientific personnel: experience, problems, prospects” (with international participation). He made a plenary report on the topic: “Motivational mechanism for training highly qualified scientific personnel”.
Participated from the Institute as a co-organizer in the III International Scientific and Practical Conference Business. Education. Economics” (April 7-8, 2022) at the Institute of Business of the Belarusian State University. He made a plenary report on the topic: “Microeconomic analysis in the context of digitalization”. The management of this institution expressed official personal gratitude.
During his tenure as head of the department, he supervised and carried out the development of all planning and reporting and scientific materials and documents on the instructions of the management, organized the educational process, published four scientific papers, including one – in the Vakov magazine (April 2022).
Dromashko Sergey Evgenievich, Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences and Information Technology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.
Biography:
In 1974 he graduated from the Physics Department of the Belgorod State University.
Since 1974, he has been working at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. He worked his way up from senior engineer to Deputy Director for Scientific Work. Since 2006, he has been in charge of the laboratory for modeling genetic processes. Since November 2018 – Chief Researcher of this laboratory (since January 2019 – Laboratory of Animal Genetics).
In 1979, at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR, he defended his PhD thesis on “Mathematical modeling of recombination during conjugation of bacteria Escherichia coli K-12″, specialty 03.00.15 – genetics.
In 2000, at the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Radiology and Agroecology, RASKHN defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Modeling and analysis of genetic effects of radiation” in the specialties 03.00.01 – radiobiology and 03.00.15 – genetics.
In 1991 he received the academic title of senior researcher (genetics), in 2009 – Associate professor (biology), in 2016 – Professor (general biology).
Since 2007, he has been working at the Institute of Training of Scientific Personnel of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, first as an hourly worker, since 2009 as a professor of the Department of Natural Sciences, and since September 2017 he has headed this department. He was the head of the Department of Natural Sciences and Information Technology until December 2020 .
Scientific and pedagogical activity:
At the IPNC of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, he teaches courses “Modern Problems of Biology”, “Genomics and Biotechnology”, “Bioinformatics and Mathematical Biology”, “Human Genetics and its medical applications”, “Epigenetics” for undergraduates in biology.
He has trained 4 candidates and 5 masters (including 1 from Libya).
Author of over 450 scientific papers, including 11 monographs (2 collective in Poland, 3 in Germany), 1 course of lectures, 1 EUMC, 12 teaching aids, has 1 patent and 1 copyright certificate:

– Mathematical modeling of genetic and radiobiological processes.
– Assessment of the environmental consequences of man-made environmental pollution, including the spread of genetically modified organisms.

Batin Nikolay Vladimirovich, senior lecturer of the Department of Information technologies.
Graduated from the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute with a degree in Automated Control Systems (qualification – system engineer). After graduation, he worked as an assistant, senior lecturer at the Department of Information Technology of Automated Systems of BSUIR. Since 1999 he has been working as an associate professor (since 2018 – senior lecturer).
Research interests – decision-making, system analysis, operations research, expert analysis, computer technologies for decision support.
