“Professional Effectiveness of Researchers”

About the Training Courses

Dear Colleagues!

The Educational Institution “University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” will organise training under the professional development educational programme “Professional Effectiveness of Researchers” (36 academic hours) on April 6–10, 2026.

In order to improve the effectiveness of research activities, enhance managerial competencies, and ensure compliance with the requirements of current legislation in the field of science and innovation, we invite heads of organisations, their deputies, researchers, scientific secretaries, as well as persons included in the personnel reserve for these positions to undergo training.

The following issues will be addressed during the professional development course (tentative list):

– commercialisation of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities;
– patenting and intellectual property management. How to protect your intellectual work;
– methodology of scientific research. Anti-plagiarism control;
– legal regulation of scientific activities;
– PR in the scientific field and popularisation of the results of scientific activities;
– fundamentals of scientific diplomacy;
– prevention of corruption offences in the organisation of scientific activities;
– grant support for new ideas in science.

Each participant is issued a state-recognised certificate of professional development.

Training is in-person. Online training is also permitted.

The cost of training is 500 rubles.

To undergo training, you must preliminarily:

1. Register using one of the options:

Option 1: fill out the registration Google form via QR code;
Option 2: send the registration form in WORD format to the email address:   

         2. Execute and certify the contract and the acceptance certificate for services rendered in 3 copies. You will receive the draft contract and acceptance certificate in response to your registration via email.

         3. Pay for the training course services BEFORE the start of classes (provide a copy of the payment order on the first day of classes).
